Kimberly introduces her faculty…

  • Kimberly Wyatt

    Principal

As Principal of KWDA, my mission is to build a community where dancers feel supported, inspired, and challenged to be their very best — not just as performers, but as people. I oversee our classes to ensure we deliver the highest standard of training while offering a personal, bespoke approach to every dancer’s journey.

I believe in nurturing each dancer’s individual strengths, helping them grow at their own pace, and guiding them to unlock their full potential. With a career that’s taken me from academy training to global stages, I’m passionate about bridging that gap — mentoring the next generation with honesty, care, and a focus on creating opportunities.

Whether it’s in the classroom or through my invite-only industry prep class, my goal is always to develop confident, well-rounded dancers who are ready to take on the world.

  • Sade Nelson-Foss

    Street

    The Flawless Edit, featuring Sade

When I set out to build KWDA, it was important to me that our Street dance education honoured the culture, history, and authenticity of the style — and that’s why I’m so proud to have an official affiliation with Flawless. My long-standing friendship with Marlon Wallen, the head of Flawless, inspired me to bring the very best of Street dance to our academy.

Marlon personally appointed Sade to represent Flawless within our academy. She leads our Street dance program with skill, passion, and integrity. Sade brings the foundations, the energy, and the culture of Street dance into every class — ensuring our dancers learn the moves, the history, and the discipline behind them. As a working dancer herself, she knows exactly what it takes to command a stage and helps our dancers step into their own power, swagger, and confidence.

Having Flawless and Sade as part of KWDA is incredibly special, and we’re proud to offer this standard of Street dance training to the dancers at KWDA.

  • Liam Swattridge

    Acro

To be fortunate enough to have the founder of Elite Acro Dance Associates on our faculty is a privilege. I have known Liam for over 10 years when he performed on Got to Dance and he has developed into a brilliant nurturer of talent.

His ability to develop his dancers beyond their expectations, whilst remaining perfectly safe is unrivalled in the world of Acro.

  • Jess Arnold

    Jazz Tech & Contemporary

When building the faculty for our academy, I knew I wanted people who didn’t just teach steps — but who shape dancers, challenge them, and help them grow into the best versions of themselves. Jessica Arnold is exactly that.

Jessica is a force of nature in the studio. She has an incredible ability to push and support growth across all styles, with a sharp eye for both technical precision and the power of storytelling through movement. Her knowledge is vast and versatile, which allows our dancers to develop into well-rounded, dynamic talent.

She knows when to be strict, when to hold her dancers accountable, and when to lift them up — always striking the perfect balance to bring out the very best in everyone who steps into her class. We are beyond proud to have Jessica as a leading light and driving talent in our faculty

  • Cindy Ciunfrini

    Ballet

Cindy Ciunfrini is a huge asset to our academy and a true cornerstone of our faculty. Ballet is the foundation of all dance, and when I set out to develop KWDA, I knew I wanted the very best to lead our dancers in this essential discipline. Cindy is exactly that.

Her technical knowledge and ability to bring out brilliance in our dancers is unmatched — but what makes her truly special is the way she delivers that technique with care, attention to detail, and an energy that makes even the most disciplined aspects of ballet engaging and fun. She has a rare gift for inspiring focus without ever losing the joy of the art form.

Cindy’s own career speaks volumes, having danced professionally for over a decade, including an incredible 13 years with Matthew Bourne’s company. She leads by example, showing our students first-hand what fine-tuned, effortless ballet technique looks like — and why it matters.

We are so proud to have Cindy shaping the next generation of dancers at KWDA.

  • Faye Jones

    Musical Theatre

Heading up our Musical Theatre department is the brilliant Faye — a passionate educator and performer who brings a wealth of experience and heart to our academy. Having trained at the prestigious BRIT School and taken to the stage herself, Faye knows first-hand the magic of musical theatre and the power it has to transform young performers.

Her true gift lies in helping our students unlock their confidence, encouraging them to step into characters beyond themselves and tell stories through voice, movement, and presence. In her classes, it’s not just about the steps or the songs — it’s about working together, building trust, and learning how to shine as individuals and as a team.

It’s been a joy to watch this department flourish with Faye at the helm. With the West End quite literally on our doorstep, we see musical theatre as a natural, exciting progression for our performers — and with Faye’s guidance, they’re learning the skills, discipline, and storytelling power it takes to step confidently onto any stage.

  • Kimberley Collins

    Commercial

I first became a fan of Kimberley Collins’ work after discovering her through social media and the incredible work she’s done with Unapologetic. From the very start, I was drawn to her fresh, current style and the intricacy she brings to both movement and training — the kind of energy that bridges the gap between an academy dancer and a working professional.

Kimberley brings a fierce presence to the studio and delivers not only outstanding choreography but also instills a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this industry. She challenges our dancers to focus on detail, body awareness, and the ability to pick up choreography quickly and cleanly — all essential skills for any dancer looking to step into the professional world.

She is a brilliant educator, a working example of the level of professionalism and commitment required in the industry, and we are so lucky to have her guiding and shaping our dancers as they prepare for what’s next
